The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind

First-person WRPG and third installment in the Elder Scrolls series, in which the player arrives on the island of Vvardenfell, an exotic land ravaged by disease-carrying storms and ruled by a divine tribunal, in the province of Morrowind in Tamriel, and participates in the prophecy that foretells the second coming of Nerevar, who is to save Morrowind from vicious clans both inside and outside Vvardenfell.
