Story
AI has been built in everywhere. In our cars, in our homes. In the clothes we wore. For some of us, even in our own bodies. Fearing the Singularity, humanity put an abrupt end to AI. The result was a global technological collapse. Generations later, Vera, a federal police detective, is sent to the rural outpost of Nordsund to investigate a series of murders. Soon she is drawn into an unseen war over technology and religion. While some want to awaken the Singularity, seen as the ultimate deity in a godless world, others are vehemently anti-technology.
