Where in Time is Carmen Sandiego?

Carmen Sandiego and her gang are on the loose once again and it's the player's job to catch them! This time the player has to find out not only where she is, but also when she is doing it. He travels to different locations and has to gather clues by interviewing witnesses and searching places to catch Carmen Sandiego. The game comes with the New America Desk Encyclopedia, which helps collect clues (and serves as copy protection!).
