Warhammer 40,000: Fire Warrior

Story

The story takes place over a period of twenty-four hours and centers on Kais, a Tau Fire Warrior, who is about to embark on his first mission. This first mission is a daring rescue operation: he is to infiltrate the prison fortress of Imperial Governor Severus and free the captive Aetherian Ko’vash. Kais sneaks in and escapes with Ko’vash unharmed, but that is only the beginning. When the Tau cruiser transporting them is attacked by an Imperial battleship, Kais is drawn into a widening war and fights his way through boarding actions and enemy fortresses against the forces of the Empire. Amid the escalating conflict, darker forces begin to stir behind Governor Severus, drawing Kais ever deeper into a battle far greater than the rescue mission he originally set out to carry out.
