Ultimate Fighting Championship

Ultimate Fighting Championship

Ultimate Fighting Championship tournaments began in the 1990s and gave martial artists around the world the chance to make their mark in a fighting environment with very few rules. Fighters could compete against fighters of any style, and the fight only ended when one fighter gave up. The popularity of the sport led to the creation of more mixed martial arts tournaments and the development and fusion of fighting styles to increase effectiveness. Ultimate Fighting Championship is a 3D fighting game that attempts to simulate the experience of a real mixed martial arts fight. Players can choose from a selection of established UFC fighters or create their own fighters in career mode. In career mode, players start by creating their character by choosing from various style templates and then use the points they earn from fighting and defeating a series of increasingly difficult fighters to buy attribute upgrades in the areas of stamina, punching and kicking ability or to learn certain techniques.
