Two Crude Dudes
Two Crude Dudes is a beat 'em up arcade game produced by Data East in 1991. The game was later ported to the Sega Genesis in 1992. Outside Japan, the port was released under the name Two Crude Dudes. In Japan, the game was titled Crude Buster. In the game, players control one of two mercenaries hired by the US government to stop the Big Valley terrorist organization. Their objective is to take back control of a destroyed New York City from Big Valley after the group causes a nuclear explosion.
Story
The year is 20XX. A nuclear weapon combined with chemicals by a mad scientist explodes in the city of New York, turning many inhabitants into wild mutants who obey his every command. The scientist founds an organization he calls "Big Valley" made up of these mutants and many advanced military weapons. He orders them to take the destroyed city by force and let no one in. In desperation, the US government hires two super-powered mercenaries to infiltrate the city and eliminate the villains occupying it.
