"Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 2" is a skateboarding sports game played from a third-person perspective in various urban environments. Players control professional or fictional skaters and string together tricks such as grinds, grabs, flips, and lip tricks, using manuals to link combos into longer, high-scoring runs. In Career Mode, you must complete level objectives and competitions to earn money, which you can use to unlock new levels and characters, as well as upgrade your skater’s stats and gear. There’s also a Free Skate and Single Session mode, several competitive multiplayer games, and a level editor for creating your own parks. It’s the second installment in the “Tony Hawk’s” series.
