The Ren & Stimpy Show Presents: Stimpy's Invention
In single-player mode, you control either Ren or Stimpy, while the computer controls the other character, who simply follows you; however, you can switch which character you control at almost any time during the game. In two-player mode, each player controls a character, with both appearing on the same screen (no split screen). In either single-player or two-player mode, both characters can perform various special attacks when they are close together and a player presses certain buttons simultaneously; the attack depends on which buttons are pressed and whether the player is controlling Ren or Stimpy. The ability to switch characters during gameplay in single-player mode means that the player can perform all special attacks, not just those available to a single character. Among the attacks is: Stimpy throws Ren to cover long distances, for example, over a hole.
