The Lost World: Jurassic Park

The Lost World: Jurassic Park is a lightgun arcade game from Sega. It was released in 1997 and is based on the movie of the same name. It is also a sequel to Sega's Jurassic Park arcade game from 1994. The game contains five levels based on environments from the movie, including a laboratory and a workers' village. Four of the levels feature a boss fight that must be won to progress through the game. Boss enemies include Tyrannosaurus, Deinosuchus and Carnotaurus. Velociraptors also appear as enemies in the game. Pachycephalosaurus, Compsognathus and the venom-spitting Dilophosaurus can also be found in the game. Sometimes the game offers the player the opportunity to save a human being who is being attacked by one or more dinosaurs. Saving the human will result in the human rewarding the player with either a temporary weapon upgrade or additional health.
Story
The player as hunter (player 1) and Ian Malcolm (player 2) are sent to Isla Sorna by InGen to capture some dinosaur specimens and fight another group of hunters (it is not known if they were sent by Peter Ludlow, Biosyn or simply poachers).
