Tales From Off-Peak City is a first-person adventure series. Volume 1: Caetano's Slice is the first game of many in the Tales anthology. While each "volume" is a self-contained story and experience in its own right, taken together they add up to a larger, overarching story of what's really going on at the corner of July Avenue and Yam Street, and what your ultimate role is in that destiny.
Story
It's a hazy Sunday morning on the corner of July Avenue and Yam Street. Caetano Grosso, a former saxophone player and longtime pizza maker, is heating up his pizza oven. The orders are rolling in and he needs someone to help with delivery. You smell an opportunity, but what he doesn't know is that you're really after his old saxophone, and you're going to get it one way or another. Your pursuit sets off a chain of events throughout the neighborhood that takes you deep into the hidden worlds and private lives of the people who live there.
