Street Fighter EX2

The original version of Street Fighter EX2 includes all the features from its predecessor Street Fighter EX Plus, including original features such as "Guard Breaks" (unique moves that cannot be blocked by an opponent) and "Super Canceling" (the ability to turn a Super Combo into another Super Combo). The most important new feature in the game is the "Excel Combos" ("Excel" is the abbreviation for "extra cancel"). Similar to the "Custom Combos" in the Street Fighter Alpha series, Excel Combos allow the player to combine a series of basic and special moves for a limited time. In an Excel combo, the player starts with a basic move and can follow it with another basic move or combine a basic move with a special move, which in turn can be followed by another special move. However, the player cannot combine a move with the same move and he/she cannot convert special moves into basic moves during an Excel combo.
