Star Wars: Demolition
Star Wars: Demolition is a vehicle combat game set in the Star Wars universe, developed by Luxoflux and LucasArts using the Vigilante 8 game engine. The premise of the game is that the Galactic Empire has officially banned Jabba the Hutt's pod races, so Jabba develops a life-threatening vehicle combat to replace the pod race.
Story
The galaxy is ravaged by a devastating civil war. But on the world of Tatooine in the Outer Rim, the crime lord Jabba the Hutt continues to thrive amidst the chaos. The Hutt is involved in almost all criminal activities and has amassed a huge fortune through gambling, smuggling and other heinous deeds. But his greed knows no bounds. The Empire has banned the dangerous podraces, but Jabba has devised an even more dangerous underground competition to lure gamblers from all over the galaxy to his betting shops on Tatooine....
