Star Conflict
Star Conflict is a free-to-play online space combat game with multiple objective-based team play modes, three main factions each with 2 sub-factions and a variety of ship customizations, and three ship types with their own ship and skill tree.
Story
A strong radio signal is registered. It is a digital wave that can be heard on most frequencies and is sometimes strong enough to interfere with television signals. Although it is obviously artificial in origin, no one is able to decode it, find its source, or figure out possible patterns or further details - for many years. Over time, people become accustomed to the signal, and leading electronics manufacturers build special "jammers" into their devices to turn it off. From time to time, self-proclaimed "visionaries" claim to have decoded the signal and try to describe their visions, but these stories are full of gory details and can never be proven. Soon such stories are seen as cheap tabloid fodder. And so the strange signal becomes a normal part of life.
