Star Conflict
Star Conflict is a free-to-play online space combat game with multiple objective-based team play modes, three main factions each with 2 sub-factions and a variety of ship customizations, and three ship types with their own ship and skill tree.
Story
A strong radio signal is detected. It is a digital signal that can be received on most frequencies and is sometimes strong enough to interfere with television signals. Although it is clearly of artificial origin, for many years no one has been able to decode it, locate its source, or identify any patterns or further details. Over time, people grow accustomed to the signal, and leading electronics manufacturers build special “jammers” into their devices to mask it. From time to time, self-proclaimed “visionaries” claim to have decoded the signal and attempt to describe their visions, but these stories are full of gory details and can never be proven. Soon, such stories are dismissed as cheap tabloid fodder. And so the strange signal simply becomes another part of life.
