Wish-fulfilling mermaid tears in the hands of SpongeBob and Patrick... What could possibly go wrong? Sure, the fabric that holds the universe together could unravel and open portals to wish worlds full of knights, cowboys, pirates and prehistoric snails. But that's nothing your favorite sponge can't handle - with the right cosmic costume! Everybody do the cosmic shake! SpongeBob and Patrick meet the mysterious fortune teller Cassandra, who gives them a vial of mermaid tears. Legend has it that they fulfill the wishes of those who are pure of heart... Naturally, the two best friends are so excited that they tear up the fabric of space and time with their wishes. In the process, Cosmic Jelly is released on Bikini Bottom and portals to strange wish worlds open up. Now it's up to our heroes to rescue their friends lost in the Wish Worlds and bring back Bikini Bottom's most famous buildings. But Cassandra has her own devious plan...
