Slow Damage

Slow Damage is set sometime in the 21st century in the fictional district of Shinkomi, which is located in Tokyo, Japan, and was formerly part of Tokyo Bay City No. 13. The country is in the midst of a recession and in an attempt to solve the economic problems, the government has turned this district into a large casino resort due to its historical prosperity. This district is ruled by the corrupt Takasato Group, whose only interest is their own financial gain. The story follows Towa, a resident of Shinkoumi, who lives his life carefree and apathetic, with no worries about his future. The only thing that interests him is painting - more precisely, painting the innermost desires of other people.
