Slay the Spire

"Slay the Spire" is a single-player roguelike deck-building game. Players choose from four characters, each with a unique set of cards, and attempt to climb a procedurally generated tower consisting of multiple floors with increasingly difficult enemies and bosses. Combat is based on a card-based system in which players build and optimize their deck throughout the game using rewards earned from encounters. Between battles, players collect relics that grant permanent bonuses and make strategic decisions about which paths to take, which cards to add or remove, and how to use their limited resources. The game is widely credited with popularizing the roguelike deck-building genre.
