Ship Simulator 2008
Ship Simulator is a vehicle simulation computer game that simulates maneuvering different ships in different environments, but without the effects of wind and current. It was developed by the Dutch company VSTEP and published by the former company Lighthouse Interactive, which closed in 2009.
Story
"Ship Simulator 2008" is a realistic simulation game in which you take the helm of some of the most diverse and detailed ships at sea. Players must complete a variety of tasks, all set in a realistic 3D environment, while navigating a wide range of ship types—from massive cargo ships and ferries to speedboats, yachts, and water taxis, all the way up to the mighty Titanic.
