Shin Bokura no Taiyou: Gyakushuu no Sabata

Shin Bokura no Taiyou: Gyakushuu no Sabata

According to legend, the warriors were betrayed by their friend and never fought the Eternal Beast. Django must climb the Ancient Tree. At the very top sits Hresvelgr, the “Wing of Death,” the second Immortal who has captured Trinity and is using him as bait to lure Django, while simultaneously draining the tree of its power. While bringing Trinity to safety, Django defeats Hresvelgr, brings the coffin back to the Piledriver, and successfully purifies it. But as Django tries to return to San Miguel, the Count reappears and challenges Django. Trinity freaks out and runs away. Clouds cover the sky, and Dark Matter begins to rain down on Django. Trinity realizes that “The Legend of the Warriors of Light” is a true story: about Django. He believes that Django is dying and the world is ending because he “betrayed” Django. Django travels to Pirate Island, where he learns more about Carmilla and what happened. Django defeats the Machine King Nidhoggr, the immortal being tasked with preventing Django from reaching space, and delivers a piledriver to him. Now that he has a functional ship, Django returns to the place where they fought. Solar Boy climbs into a cannon and is fired into space, where he lands at the Dark Castle. Django finds Carmilla before the final level and, after a conversation, decides to do everything he can to save the world, even if it means losing his brother. Django makes it to the core and fights Vanargand (and Sabata). After a long, grueling battle, Django defeats the creature. A pseudo-motorcycle chase ensues. As Django makes it into the sunlight, Otenko or Sabata (on his own motorcycle) is freed from Vanargand. When they reach the end of the road, Django and Otenko or Sabata join forces and finish off Vanargand.
