Story
The world ended the day the bombs fell. Since then, it has always been like this: Disease, starvation, death. The ruling aristocrats - a faceless oligarchy that controls all resources - have unchallenged power. There is never enough food, water or vaccines for everyone. In return for their unconditional support from the government, the rich receive regular doses of vaccinations. The poor live in fear, superstition and misery until they die. Amy Wellard, a young woman who reluctantly works for the government to qualify for the vaccine lottery, believes there is a cure - and she will find it. Even if it costs her her life.
