Sewer Shark

"Sewer Shark" is an FMV-based shooter and one of the first games released for the Sega CD. You move a crosshair across the screen and shoot at targets. Occasionally, you can also change direction at specific points. Of course, the real appeal of a game like this is the story. In the future—perhaps in the year 2000—humans will be forced to move underground and live in tunnels. Unfortunately, these tunnels are teeming with mutated rat-alligator creatures known as “Ratigators.” You’re the pilot of a “Sewer Shark,” a vehicle designed to navigate the sewers and rid them of Ratigators. It’s a dangerous job, but if you eliminate enough of these pests, you can win a free trip to Solar City and its sunny beaches.
