Self-Defense Training Camp
At the self-defense training camp, you’ll learn how to apply martial arts techniques and various tai chi forms, along with self-defense. The main menu offers four game modes to choose from: “Cardio Training,” “Balance Exercises,” “Self-Defense Training,” and “Reflex Training.” In “Cardio Workout,” players perform “martial arts fitness exercises” such as punches and kicks. “Balance Exercises” involve yoga-style stretching exercises. In “Self-Defense Training,” there are five sessions, each with six activities, in which players simply have to perform a movement, such as a kick to the opponent’s groin. “Reflex Training” involves dodging the opponent’s strikes.
