Rugrats: Scavenger Hunt

Rugrats: Scavenger Hunt

In their big debut on the Nintendo 64, the popular cartoon babies are involved in the scavenger hunt of all scavenger hunts. RUGRATS. Scavenger Hunt contains three different board games: Scavenger Hunt uses the animations and humor of the cartoon series and melds them into an original game in which players wander through 3D worlds searching for hidden objects. In "The Pirate Treasure Hunt", babies travel underwater in search of items; in "Angelica's Temple of Gloom", players must find pieces of Stu's broken Aztec statues before Angelica finds them; and in "Reptar Rally", babies must collect candy on Candy Island. Once you've chosen your baby from a list of Tommy, Chuckie, Phil or Lil, you use a spinner (similar to a board game) to determine how many spaces you advance. There are many trick spaces that give you advantages or disadvantages, such as the Spike the Dog space (which lets you ride the animal five spaces) and a Dil space (which lets Dil come out and shuffle the board). Don't go too crazy, though, because each baby has an energy meter, and when it hits zero, you have to take a nap.
