Story

It's 1984, everyone's favorite year, and the port city of Seneca is experiencing a boom. But it's not just the upstanding citizens who are benefiting from the city's gains. In Seneca's underworld, criminals and worse from all walks of life find a home and a safe haven. You are Jim Baylor, Seneca's former top detective and disgraced police officer. A man falsely accused of a crime he never committed, stripped of his rank, title and honor, and locked up with the people he put away. But you won't stay locked up for long. You are released from prison under questionable circumstances. You try to clear your name, get to the bottom of the people responsible for your demise and uncover the bigger schemes. To this end, with the help of friends and former colleagues, you open a private security agency that hires, manages, trains and deploys agents throughout Seneca. To eradicate the cancer gnawing at the city, you must use all the power and resources at your disposal: Agents, advanced surveillance technology, friends in high places, and the trust you've built through your ever-growing network of sources. There's no better way to clear your name than to rally the best and brightest of Seneca.
