River City Girls

River City Girls stars Kyoko and Misako, two badass high school students who must fight their way through the six regions of River City to rescue their kidnapped friends Kunio and Riki. Along the way, they use a full arsenal of combos, counters, throws and special attacks, fight a variety of enemies, take on numerous side quests, level up with experience points, interact with NPCs (including guest stars from previous River City games) and buy a variety of items, food and equipment to improve their stats and unlock new abilities. The girls can even use weapons and recruit defeated enemies to join them in battle!
