Return of the Obra Dinn

Return of the Obra Dinn

In this 1-bit first-person puzzle game, a merchant ship named Obra Dinn has turned up in a London port, years after it was declared lost. As an insurance adjuster, the player must investigate the ship for clues.

Story

"In 1802, the merchant ship "Obra Dinn" set sail from London for the Orient with over 200 tons of trade goods. Six months later, it had not reached its rendezvous point at the Cape of Good Hope and was declared lost at sea. Early in the morning of October 14, 1807, the Obra Dinn drifted into port with damaged sails and no visible crew. As an insurance adjuster for the London office of the East India Company, you must find ways to board the ship and locate the book of crew lists for valuation."
