Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles
Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles is an on-rails shooter and the second title in the Resident Evil series to be released exclusively for the Wii platform. The player doesn't control the character's movement, but only the shooting aspect, which is shown from the first-person perspective. The player's partner is also shown on the screen and there is a co-op option for two players.
Story
The game's plot retells the events of Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil Code:Veronica, with a third act connecting the two parts. In the Resident Evil 2 part, the player takes control of the protagonists Leon S. Kennedy and Claire Redfield, with Sherry Birkin acting as a companion in one chapter. The Code: Veronica chapter has Claire accompanied by her fellow prisoner on Rockfort Island, Steve Burnside, and later by her brother Chris Redfield.
