Story
"Recettear is the story of a store, the girl who lives in it, and the fairy who turns her life upside down. Recette Lemongrass is in charge of a store she built into her house to pay back a loan her father took out and then let slip - and Tear, her new fairy "companion," won't take no for an answer! As the Recette, you'll have to decide how to get your inventory - either at the markets in town or by going into the wild with an adventurer friend and beating up the animals until they give up the goodies - how much to sell things for, how to make the store look, and how best to get the money Tear needs to pay back the loan. If you can't come up with the money...then I hope you like living in a cardboard box."
