Coin-Op classics R-Type & R-Type II are together on PlayStationNetwork! Battle through all 14 Bydo-infested stages in retro 2D graphics or shiny 3D graphics - and switch back and forth "on-the-fly" with the touch of a button. The new 3D graphics are accompanied by completely re-arranged, timeless R-Type music tracks! Classic gameplay remains untouched, while the new Infinite game mode allows for continuous progression from the start of the game to the final boss... the Bydo won't dodge you this time!
