Putt-Putt Joins the Parade is not only the first game in the Putt-Putt series, but also the first game published by Humongous Entertainment. Aimed at young children, this 'junior adventure' has relatively low stakes - you help Putt-Putt join a local parade - but was a stepping stone for the developer's later, slightly more challenging titles.
Story
Putt-Putt, a purple talking car, wakes up one day and hears on his radio that there is going to be a parade. To take part, he goes to Smokey, the fire engine, who tells him that he needs a pet, a balloon and enough coins for a car wash or a new paint job.
