Story
The Knox event refers to the zombie outbreak that takes place before and during the game. The event first takes place in the area of Muldraugh and West Point, Kentucky. It is believed that the incident began on July 4, 1993, American Independence Day. Just two days later, the military evacuated the residential areas surrounding the affected area and set up blockades in the area now known as the Knox Evacuation. The affected area was named the "Exclusion Zone" and the main camp was located south of Louisville.
