Story

In 1955, the United States government seized a region in the Pacific Northwest through eminent domain. The Olympic Peninsula became a showplace for promising new technologies, but these utopian creations came at a high price: severe radiation, environmental collapse and supernatural horrors. The government sealed off the area and established the Olympic Exclusion Zone. What happened there was never made public. Rumors and stories about the zone make the rounds and tempt you to explore the area. Your plans go awry and you are now stuck inside - you don't know it yet, but the only way out is through the zone. Deep in the forest, you find a barely functioning station wagon that is miraculously unlocked and allows you to drive down the hill into the valley. Here you come across an abandoned car repair shop that becomes your base of operations, where you safely repair and upgrade your car between trips. Do your best to survive, solve puzzles and find a way out - or become part of the legends surrounding the zone.
