Nightshade
A new rift is opening between Earth and the Realm of Evil. Since humans refuse to bow to the demonic forces threatening Tokyo, they turn to Hibana. With her sword in hand, she must fight the legions of hellspawn all by herself and restore peace to Earth. Unleash combo attacks to destroy countless enemies. Destroy evil with powerful ninja magic. Execute devastating aerial attacks and defensive maneuvers. Fight on fighter jets, moving trucks, and much more. “Nightshade” is the direct sequel to the 2002 “Shinobi” revival and tells the story of the heroic deeds of a kunoichi—a female shinobi—named Hibana.
Story
In "Nightshade," you take on the role of Hibana, the female counterpart to Hotsuma from "Shinobi." She is a government-employed ninja whose mission is to eliminate members of the Nakatomi Corporation, which has unwittingly unleashed hellish creatures upon futuristic Tokyo. She’s also on a mission to recover the shards of “Akujiki”—the legendary cursed sword Hotsuma used to seal away the hellish creatures last time.
