Myst V: End of Ages

Myst V: End of Ages is an adventure video game from 2005 and the fifth and last installment of the Myst series. As in the previous games of the series, the gameplay of End of Ages consists in navigating through worlds known as "ages", using special books and objects that act as portals. In each age, the player solves puzzles and discovers clues to the story hidden in the ages or written down in diaries and journals. The player's actions decide the fate of the ancient D'ni civilization.
