Moorhen 3: The Chicken Chase!

Moorhen 3: The Chicken Chase!

It really couldn't be simpler: Moorhen has no complicated gameplay. You simply shoot at things. The real skill is in knowing what to shoot and when. Some targets earn you a big reward, while others eat up your score in no time. One new addition in version three is the introduction of protected birds that fly around with your targets, meaning that shooting now requires a little more thought than simply shooting into the sky. Other features remain and there are still objects to dodge, such as balloons and various animals on the ground. As always, you'll have to experiment to find out what's worth hitting and what's not. One of the best parts of the Moorhen series is the hidden bonuses and secrets, but they were always well hidden and you discover them by accident rather than actually figuring them out. I won't tell you what we discovered in this version, but in Moorhuhn 2 there were spiders you could spin around trees, and in the first edition you had to shake trees and then shoot ten leaves to get a bonus of 100 points. The high score table is still there, as is the wonderful battery meter that lets you prove you've actually scored more than 50 points.
