Mafia II

"Mafia II" is a third-person action-adventure game set between 1945 and 1951 in the fictional American city of Empire Bay. Players control Vito Scaletta through a story-driven campaign centered on organized crime, exploring an open world on foot or by car. The gameplay combines shootouts, driving sequences, and limited melee combat with a wanted system in which law enforcement’s response intensifies depending on criminal activity. The game features period-appropriate vehicles, licensed music from that era on multiple radio stations, and a cover-based combat system.
