Story

Embark on a journey through an otherworldly river in search of knowledge and loot! Set in a series of procedurally generated labyrinths, Loot River is a dungeon-crawling action roguelike that combines the thrilling real-time combat and dark fantasy style of Dark Souls with the spatial block-shifting puzzles of Tetris. Using the power of the relic, players can shift the ground beneath them and push floating ruins together in a series of tile puzzles. On their way through the endless catacombs, players will encounter beasts, lost travelers and bosses. In these cosmic caverns there is a wealth of new weapons and equipment to discover, as well as unholy knowledge that you can unearth for permanent upgrades. Drawn to the shards of an unholy relic, the wandering nomads find themselves in an eternal cycle of life and death, losing their sanity as they travel through endless parallel realities, devouring each other to absorb the knowledge of their fellow travelers. No two journeys are the same as countless lost souls drift through the Loot River.
