Story
It's September 1, 1986, and you're 40-year-old Meredith Weiss, returning to her beautiful hometown of Providence Oaks, Oregon. She trades her strenuous job to temporarily fill in for her father, a mailman. Meredith has an eventful two weeks. She meets lots of new people, gets involved in a romance, helps stop housing from being built, gets reacquainted with her best friend, rats out a co-worker, and is pressured by her boss back home to go back to work at her job.
