Welcome to Killsquad: a co-op action game that combines twin-stick shooter, hack and slash, and a dash of character customization and development. Join us on a journey to five planets filled with enemies that you must destroy. Choose your hero, select your abilities, weapons, equipment and talismans, and fight your way through waves of relentless enemies and terrifying bosses.
Story
The future is not the clean, civilized dream we were sold in the XXth century. Sure, we have conquered the solar system and gone far beyond. We searched for life beyond Earth, and we found it. And, was it worth it? No. All we found out is that the rest of the universe is a filthy mess of blood and crime. Gone are the days when we dreamed of flying cars and robot assistants: Flying cars are used by drug smugglers to escape, and your robot assistant just murdered your wife, get it? So here we are, five guys and a job no one wants to do. Got a dictator who just went nuts on Saturn VII? Here comes the KillSquad to kill him. And his family, just in case little Nicky wants to be like his daddy one day. You got a rogue planet that doesn't pay your taxes? We can deal with that. And that alien ethnicity that just conquered your home planet? Don't worry, we'll kick them out. But it won't be cheap. And not clean either. There will be blood everywhere. And yes, they'll hate us. But we'll get the job done. When the others say no, we say yes. When the others talk and negotiate, we shoot and bomb. We are a KillSquad. Who sent us? That's none of your business. If you hired us, consider the problem solved. If they hired us, consider yourself dead. The universe is dirty. We're just the cleaning crew.
