Juno First

"Juno First" is a shoot 'em up originally developed and published by Konami Corporation for arcades. The game was later released by Mylstar Electronics (U.S. arcades), Datasoft Inc. (Atari 8-bit, PC Booter, and Commodore 64), and Sony Computer Entertainment Japan (MSX). Juno First is a top-down vertical scrolling shooter in which you have a limited amount of time to defeat the enemies in each wave. At the start, the player’s spaceship is equipped with a laser whose range exceeds that of the enemy weapons. Enemies initially fire only a few projectiles at the ship, but their firepower increases rapidly as the player advances through the subsequent waves. Certain enemies fire homing, rocket-like projectiles that can launch additional projectiles.
