Jungle Strike: The Sequel to Desert Strike

A sequel to Desert Strike: Return to the Gulf (a bestseller released the year before) and the second installment in the Strike series. Jungle Strike kept the core mechanics of its predecessor and expanded the model with additional vehicles and locations. The game was well received by most critics on its release, with the Mega Drive version being praised by the respective reviewers. The publications praised the gameplay, strategy, design, controls and graphics, although there were some complaints about the interface and difficulty level.
