INVERSUS

"Inversus is a minimalist action-strategy shooter for one to four friends. It's reminiscent of the board game Othello, except that it runs in real time and everyone has a weapon. Players move around a black and white grid with opposing colors. My walls are your paths and your walls are my paths. With each shot, the colors of the tiles are changed to block, trap and close in on the enemy. The game can be played both online and on the couch. In competitive Versus mode, players compete against each other in 1v1 or 2v2 battles. There are also cooperative modes for one and two players that mix negative space combat with a classic arcade game where points are at stake.
