Into the Eagle's Nest
"Pandora's first game combines the 'Gauntlet' style with a World War II setting—specifically, the 'Eagle's Nest' building, which is being used as headquarters by a commander. Three Allied soldiers have been captured, and you must infiltrate the compound, rescue your brave comrades, destroy the building, and recover as many of the stolen art treasures as possible. There are eight levels to explore, each with a specific mission objective. Some of the paintings are lying around in the open, while others are inside crates that you must shoot open first. Explosives must be collected, not wasted. With limited ammunition, guards everywhere, scarce keys, and plenty of strategic hiding spots, a strategy of simply shooting wildly is less successful than a planned, thoughtful approach.” --mobygames.com
