Hypnospace Outlaw is a 90s Internet simulator in which players act as enforcers, volunteer moderators who comb Hypnospace's surreal network of weird and wonderful websites to hunt down evildoers while keeping an eye on their inbox, avoiding viruses and adware, and downloading a plethora of apps that may or may not be useful.

Greetings, Enforcer, and thank you for joining the Hypnospace Patrol Department! As the world falls into its slumber, Hypnospace is becoming a bustling global village. These virtual streets will not take care of themselves! As a Hypnospace Enforcer, you'll be on the lookout for copyright infringement, internet bullying, and much more. You'll receive reports and rewards directly from the Hypnospace Patrol Department in your inbox. In your spare time, you can customize your HypnOS desktop with a variety of downloads, wallpapers, screensavers and helper bots.
