Gitaroo Man
Gitaroo Man is a rhythm video game with a visual production by Mitsuru Nakamura and an original soundtrack by the Japanese band COIL. The game was later ported to the PSP under a new title: Gitaroo Man Lives!
Story
The player character is U-1, a little boy who is often mocked by his classmates and passed over by Little Pico, the girl of his dreams. The actual story starts with Puma, a dog with the ability to talk, teaching U-1 how to play the guitar. At the same time, he teaches the player how to control the game and reveals to him that he is the last legendary hero of the planet Gitaroo and the owner of the last Gitaroo. Then, when they are attacked, Puma turns into Puma AC-30 and gives U-1 the Gitaroo, which turns him into Gitaroo Man.
