The game is set on the fictional island of Suthon. It is said that she has the power to protect the world from harm. It was protected by a large palm tree and guarded by the island's nature spirits. Before the game, the adversary Omminus takes over the island to rule the world. As a result, the palm tree begins to wither and the princess falls ill. The leader of the nature spirits remembers an old legend about a hero who uses sacred pearls to restore peace. He finds the treasure chest where the hero, Zip, lives. Zip and his friend Pip from the neighboring island of Eesturn set out to retrieve the pearls and defeat Omminus.
