Story

It's been a few years since there was peace in Metro City. With Cody and Jessica on vacation and Guy resuming his training outside the city, everything seems fine. But recently, Haggar has been feeling uneasy after learning that Mad Gear was not completely destroyed. Once again, the Mad Gear gang has shown up and this time they want revenge. They will stop at nothing to bring Haggar and the entire world to its knees. This time they have kidnapped Guy's master Genryusai and his daughter Rena. Now Haggar must travel around the world to find Genryusai and Rena. Hopefully, with the help of Maki and Carlos, the Mad Gear Gang's reign will be destroyed.
