Far Cry: Primal

"Far Cry Primal" is a first-person action game set in 10,000 B.C.—during the transition from the Early Paleolithic to the Mesolithic. As part of the “Far Cry” series, modern firearms are replaced by prehistoric weapons such as spears, clubs, and bows. Players take on the role of Takkar, a member of the Wenja tribe who can tame wild animals such as saber-toothed cats and wolves to use them as companions in battle. The open world is set in the fictional Oros Valley and features a day-night cycle with dynamic wildlife behavior, tribal wars, and crafting items from resources. The game’s characters speak a constructed language based on reconstructed Proto-Indo-European.
