Fallout: New Vegas

In this first-person Western role-playing game, the player takes on the role of Courier 6, who barely survives after being robbed of his cargo, shot, and placed in a shallow grave by a New Vegas mob boss. The courier sets out to find the robbers and the cargo, becoming entangled in the complex ideological and socioeconomic web of the many factions and settlements of post-nuclear Nevada.

Story

The player takes control of "the courier" who is hired by a delivery service to deliver an unknown package across the Mojave Desert to the "Strip", but is intercepted, shot in the head and left for dead by a mysterious man who steals the package. After being found by a friendly robot named Victor and healed by a man named Doc Mitchell, the courier is sent back to the desert to seek revenge and retrieve the stolen package. In the process, the player gets caught between different factions fighting for control of the desert and its most valuable asset, the Hoover Dam, which will determine the future of its inhabitants.
