The Valkyries are a renegade mercenary group spawned from the infamous pirate organization Guristas and set deep in the lawless regions of the EVE universe. Led by the enigmatic Ran, they are on a quest for profit or revenge and prey on other pirate groups that get in their way. Valkyrie pilots, made immortal with stolen cloning technology and genetically enhanced for combat, fly without fear or mercy. Developed by CCP Games' Newcastle studio, EVE: Valkyrie is the boldest realization of virtual reality space combat, combining immediate, visceral action and tactical depth. It will be released simultaneously with the Oculus Rift on PC and Sony's Project Morpheus on PlayStation 4.
