Enslaved: Odyssey to the West
Sequel to an exciting journey full of surprises, in which two disparate characters form an uneasy partnership to survive in a dangerous, post-apocalyptic America. 150 years in the future, war and destruction have left the world in ruins, only a few people are left and nature has reclaimed the world.
Story
The story is a reinterpretation of the novel "The Journey to the West" by Wu Cheng'en. Unlike the original, which is set in a fantastic version of ancient China, the game is set 150 years after a global war in a post-apocalyptic world where only remnants of humanity and the still active war machines remain. As in the original story, the plot revolves around someone forcing the help and protection of a warrior, with many characters having the same names and roles. The game's story was written by Alex Garland and scored and filmed by Andy Serkis and Lindsey Shaw.
